S&W: I’m Not There

 Well I can easily say this is going to be my most boring blog.  I had no clue what was going on during this movie and I don’t think I can even give a great summary.  I won’t say I disliked this movie, but I will say that it was not the best movie I have ever seen.  The movie was about the many different personalities of Bob Dylan.  It showed many different stages of his life using many actors.  It was a depressing movie, but it does show you that Bob Dylan was a very interesting character.  The movie never really said that the main characters name was Bob Dylan which was a way of telling the audience that he never really gave out his real name to people. 

I had no clue what was going on in the last part of the movie where the main character was an old man that was suppost to be Bob Dylan.  It showed an older man who was trying to keep away from the world because he wanted to be left alone and not be disturbed.  The man then losses his dog and goes to try to find him.  He runs into another person who tells him that something is going on and the older man gets upset and goes to try and stop it.  I have no clue what is happening in this part of the movie.  The older man tries to stop this old man in a wheel chair that looks just like the same man from earlier in the movie.  If any one has any clue what all this means feel free to comment back about what they thought was going on during this movie. 

I will say that this movie was not bad so I would not discourage people to go and see it, but it is very long and confusing.  I will say that I think it was very artistic and creative.  When I watched the documentary of Bob Dylan the week before I noticed that this movie had the actors saying alot of the same things he said in that documentary.  This was not my favorite movie, but it was interesting to see.
